Got a call, and they wanted to speak to me by name. I told them they’d got the wrong number. Then some lady called “Lola” chimed in, saying they were having trouble matching numbers with names, and asked if it was about financial help. Sounds like they really need to get their facts straight. I just blocked them.

They called out my name, but I quickly mentioned they must have dialled incorrectly. In response, they claimed they were having a bit of trouble matching names to numbers and wanted to confirm if this was indeed a valid contact. Honestly, I reckon that the spammy Financial Help places could do with a hefty dose of common sense.
