I usually don't pick up calls from numbers I don't recognise. Instead, I look them up online first, then block them if the reviews seem dodgy. I've got an old phone, like 12 years or more, that I hardly use anymore. There's this one number that keeps ringing it nonstop. Since the phone is so old, I don’t think it has a blocking feature. A few times I just answered, but stayed silent. The caller never said a word and ended up hanging up.
