Got a call at 3.15 in the morning! Thought it might be something urgent so picked up. It was this rude bloke from Australia claiming I was spotted using my phone while driving. I just ended the call and blocked the number, but honestly, I wish some authority or firm would put a stop to these calls and penalise the ones responsible!!!

Received a call at 12:17am, which I chose to ignore. The number was from Liverpool, a place where I don't have any acquaintances. Upon digging deeper into the digits, it looks like my number may have been passed on to a prankster who's trying to harass me. How delightful!

Some bloke rang me saying I was spotted using my phone whilst driving - he sounded really pushy. He asked if I was on my phone behind the wheel, and I told him I don’t ever use it when driving. Then he snapped at me not to talk over him or he might cancel my licence. I ended the call straight away. My husband got in touch with the police, who told us it’s nothing they’re involved with and recommended I block the number.

A bloke with a posh British accent called saying he was my neighbour and that my parcel had been dropped off at his place. It felt like a real person 'cos when I stopped talking, he kept asking "are you still there?" It was quite unnerving, especially since I was expecting a delivery and the number was close to one I know. He then asked, "Can I open it?" When I said no, he replied, "Oh, I already did.
