It’s obviously a sales pitch 'cause they want you to renew with them. If you’re after a new phone, it’s all good, but honestly, it’s simpler to just pop into the store. Over the past three days, ive had loads of calls from the same number, even though i blocked it. Eventually i answered and they claimed to be from Carphone Warehouse saying my contract was due for renewal. It’s true my contract was ending, but i had sorted it directly with 02 before and got a nicer deal there. They kept saying dealing with them would be better, but i stood firm i’d stick with 02. They then promised to take me off their calling list - fingers crossed they actually do! If not, i'll be giving them a ring like someone else mentioned here.
