Indeed, this appears to be the Vehicle Telephone Warehouse. It seems they're eager to coax you into re-registering with them. I received a call from them today. We had anticipated this, as we had visited their store a month ago, and they had mentioned they would get in touch. However, as I discovered upon returning their call, the automated message was quite dreadful. They truly need to figure out a better way to engage with their customers instead of leaving such poor voicemail messages.
