Received a call inquiring about my television service provider - whether it was SKY, cable, or Freeview. When I pressed for the reason behind their question, they mentioned it was part of a customer survey. I pointed out that this is a business line, not for personal use. To that, he retorted with a rather rude, "Then why on earth did you ask me that?" and promptly ended the call!

It's utterly vexing, and it seems they’ve got a habit of calling right when I'm about to have my afternoon tea!
