I got a ring from this number claiming my TV insurance had run out and they could lower my payments. I told them straight up that was rubbish and hung up, then blocked the caller. I tried 1471 to check the number and it came up as unknown.

Got a call about some tv insurance deal or whatever, but I told them I’m not interested and then they just blocked my number. Bit annoying but guess that’s how it goes!

Got a call from someone pushing TV insurance, which we don’t have - I mean, who even gets that now? Was polite and said no thanks, but the person on the other end just hung up on me rudely. Proper scammy behaviour.

They called and actually used my name, but when I asked who they were, they wouldn't say. Then they just got quiet and ended the call.

i got a call from someone saying they were from guardian, asked me to say my name and press the hash button, i didn't do it and now i’m just gonna block the number.

Got a call from what said it was Louth, UK. Left a message but nothing made sense. Hung up right when the answer machine kicked in. Went ahead and blocked the number straight away.
