Received a phone call requesting my personal information and password. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

I got a phone call claiming to be from Amazon, insisting that my Prime membership was about to be cancelled. The thing is, I don't even have a Prime account! It’s clear that if Amazon wanted to communicate something important, they'd do it through my account, not by ringing me out of the blue. Overall, I'd say it was a complete scam - just hang up and don't engage!

Had a rather peculiar experience with the number 01504517555. There was just silence at first, but I could make out some chatter from what sounded like a call centre in the background. A woman's voice attempted to greet me but seemed a bit flustered and couldn't quite manage a proper 'hello'. I quickly informed her to cease calling, as it became apparent she was part of some dodgy scam operation. Definitely seemed like they were operating from somewhere in India, if I had to guess!

Just received an automated call from 01504 148286 claiming that a £600 payment had been processed on my Visa card within the past quarter of an hour. They instructed me to press 1 for more details, but I decided to cut the call short and hang up.

This number has been ringing me four or five times daily, but as soon as I pick up, it just goes silent. Even worse, when my voicemail activates, there's nothing left behind. It's quite the nuisance, honestly. I reckon our inept government should really tackle these bothersome calls and put a stop to these numpties once and for all. It’s high time something was done!

I received a couple of calls, one yesterday and another today, where they urged me to press 1, but then they just cut off the line. Quite baffling!

I recently got a robocall from the number 01504080643, claiming that my internet connection would be terminated today. They told me to press 1 if I wanted more details, which I did, but it just went dead quiet on the other end. After hanging up, I did some digging and found the details for myself. I've now blocked that number for good measure.
