this number left me a voicemail, said they were from sky and warned me my broadband would get cut off in a day because of unusual activity on my account. they told me to press 1 to talk to someone about it. i just hung up straight away. later i actually got through to sky (which felt like such a struggle these days with covid) and they told me it was definitely a scam.
