I got a call from someone named Tom who asked if our loft was insulated a while back. Instead of just telling him we don’t even have a loft, I asked if his company did the job and when exactly. He hung up straight away after that. By the way, this Tom has also been ringing from 01495 400 177 and 01494 911 268.
