Beware of this conman going by the name Tom! He reached out to me, purporting to discuss a government-backed programme for loft insulation. I wouldn’t trust him an inch!

I got a call from someone saying, "Hello, this is Tom regarding the government-backed cavity wall insulation you supposedly had done in your loft." I told him, "I haven't had any such thing put in." There was a brief pause, then Tom just hung up.
