It’s driving me mad! These persistent callers have been ringing my number relentlessly at all hours, and they always seem to use a variety of different numbers, yet the area code remains the same. Just this evening at around 8:15pm, the phone rang again from an unfamiliar number. I refuse to answer as I suspect it’s just more sales nonsense. Each time I manage to block one number, another pops up-it's a right nuisance! Seriously, if you’re not awaiting any important calls, there's really no reason to pick up, is there? Time to put a stop to it and block them for good. AVOID and BLOCK!

I implore you to refrain from divulging your name or any personal details - after all, they should be aware of the individual they’re trying to reach! I informed them that we were merely going in circles since I wasn’t inclined to share my name and they refused to disclose their company's identity or the intent behind their call to my number registered with the Telephone Preference Service. I suggested they simply send me a letter if they truly recognise who I am. It’s evident that this isn’t a legitimate British call centre; rather, it seems to be an impostor masquerading as one!

Totally with you on this. I wasn’t about to pick up the phone but ended up doing so, and it turned out to be a satisfaction survey for the housing association. Didn’t realise it’s actually a legal requirement these days - bit of a surprise!
