Honestly, I don’t get why so many folks here are jumping to call them scammers when most haven’t even taken the call. From my experience, it’s a legit market research firm, likely hired by your housing association or landlord. They’re upfront about their identity and what they’re after. I’ve had plenty of chats with them - they check in to see how the repair jobs went that I reported, ask if everything was sorted promptly, whether I’m happy with the work, and if they can pass my comments to the management team. Nothing dodgy about it at all.

I didn’t really catch who they were at first, so I rang Moat Housing to check the number, and they said these people aren’t connected to them at all. I wasn’t sure who was calling since the number was unfamiliar, so I let it go to voicemail. A lady had left a message saying she was calling on behalf of Thirteen, the housing group, inviting me to be part of a discussion about how the organisation is managed (which I think is a thing they do). I emailed Thirteen to verify it and they said it wasn’t them - they mentioned they’d always call from an 0300 number if it was official. They reckon it might be a scam.

This call isn’t a scam or anything dodgy. It’s from TLF Research, located in HUDDERSFIELD. They’re just doing surveys about customer satisfaction for their clients.
