Got a call from some automated voice with an American accent, talking about credit card payments. Sounded totally fake and sketchy to me.

Got a call asking if I approved a £399 payment and to press 1 if I did. Bit suspicious, so I rang the bank branch myself. They said it’s a well-known scam and told me not to press any buttons. Dodgy lot!
