Got a call from a number I didn’t know, but there was no voicemail or anything left behind.

Today around 11:17 in the morning, I got a call from 01482354238. It was an automated message about some fraud alert saying a card (no clue which or whose) had been used overseas for purchases. This isn't the first time I’ve gotten a call like this recently. Feels a bit dodgy to me... is it a scam?

Today at about 10.46am (12/5/21) I got a call from 01482354238. The message was prerecorded and warned me about some fraud, saying a card (no clue whose) was used overseas for spending £600. Sounds dodgy to me. Anyone else come across this? My phone is 01784 252985.
