A gents rang me up claiming there was some dodgy business happening on my phone line and that if I didn’t answer him, they’d snip my service. Honestly, it seems like BT Call Protect isn't doing its job at all.

I received a call from a woman who said she was from Amazon, insisting that a gift card had been bought through my account. She was rather pushy and insisted she could cancel the payment, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was off. Her urgency for me to hop on a computer and sort it out immediately made me quite uneasy.
