That number comes from Kingston Upon Hull. Vodafone doesn’t have any shops or offices there as far as I know. I checked their website for any local outlets and couldn’t find one. Plus, if a store was trying to call, it’d usually be from an 0333 number or be hidden. This call is definitely dodgy. The location alone makes it clear.
