I just changed suppliers this morning after getting that email about price increases, and already I’ve had two emails, a text, and a call from this number apologising about me leaving. If they wanted to keep me, maybe they should have kept their prices reasonable or given some loyalty discounts instead of hiking them every year. Feels like another old giant fading away now!

It popped up saying "Medical" on my phone, but I reckon that's just the Android system labelling it, not who was actually calling. I rang them back and it turned out to be British Gas. Since I recently changed suppliers, they were ringing to pitch a better deal. Their offer is way better than the one I was moving to, so I’m switching back. Definitely worth picking up or calling back.

Received a dodgy call pretending to be from British Gas. They seemed to be testing if our landline was active. When I answered, they hung up straight away. Today I got a call from this number and when I checked, it was British Gas. I’ve only been with them for about seven weeks, but they’ve already been dishonest a bunch of times. I’ve blocked the sender and reported it.
