Received a call from someone claiming to be with 3, saying they could slash my phone bill by a whopping 40%. They then proceeded to request my name and other personal information. I pointed out that if they truly represented 3, they ought to already have my details. I've since blocked the number, but they did provide another one to supposedly reach their manager at 0208 1579755. Naturally, I have no intention of calling that one either.
