I rang back on Sunday 8th April around 11:23am and spoke to a woman who said they’ve been flooded with calls lately. She seemed pretty stressed and mentioned she suspects they’re being targeted by scammers.

Got a weird automated message on my answerphone about some £249 refund. It didn’t mention which company it was from, just said they’re closing down and can’t keep providing their service. But why do I have to ring them to claim the refund? Why not just send it and let us know? Feels a bit dodgy to me.
