Absolutely frustrating! Every time I pick up the phone, it just goes silent or there’s nothing on the other end. It's quite baffling, really!

I just got a missed call on my home phone, followed by a text from the GP stating they had attempted to reach me via the landline but got no response, so they opted to send me a message instead. The puzzling part is that this number doesn't seem to be from my neck of the woods!
