Got a call from this number claiming my washing machine’s warranty was up and trying to push a new insurance plan on me. Thing is, I’ve never even bought a washing machine, so no warranty could be ending. When I told him that, he started asking if I’d purchased any other electrical items recently, then cut the call off before I answered. Seems like he realised he’d basically admitted it was a random cold call without any real info about what I owned. Nothing major came of it, but who knows how many people might actually get talked into paying for nonsense like this.

It seems to be some sort of dodgy number; I’ve had a whopping eight calls from them without a single message left. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
