For some reason, RK Legal manages to ring from a local number. Just got two calls from 01480 751518 asking about a car accident I’ve never been involved in! We’re signed up to the TPS, but it doesn’t seem to stop these calls at all.

I'm registered with TPS. Got a call on my phone earlier claiming to be from RK Legal. They started asking about my RTA. When I asked where they were based, the caller couldn't tell me! Then the person supervising said they didn't have to give that info due to legal reasons.

They called from RK Legal, telling me about some accident supposedly within the last 3 years. When I asked which insurance firm gave them my info, they said it was a third party and wouldn't share any details. Then I said if they knew about the accident, they should know the insurance company I was dealing with. Right after that, the call just cut off. Bit suspicious, if you ask me!

This lot are nothing more than a bunch of ambulance chasers. If you try to call back, you're out of luck, but I found that if you dial one number before, like 01444642954, you can actually reach them and voice your grievances. These salespeople have no manners whatsoever; they’ll cut you off in mid-flow if they sense you're not keen on what they’re offering. Give them a taste of their own medicine!

Got a call from a woman saying she was from rk legal (maybe arc or ark, not sure) and she knew my name, asking about a car accident I supposedly had recently. When I asked for her info she gasped and just ended the call. She rang twice, once for 42:57 and again for 16:20. The caller ID had a local number so I'm planning to report them to our local trading standards.
