Got a letter claiming we owe £358 for a loan, but if we pay immediately they’ll settle for £286. Thing is, we’ve never had any loan like that. I checked out CRS and saw they’re based in Halifax. The letter seemed quite convincing, but we knew right away we hadn’t borrowed from anyone like that or dealt with CRS before. This website has been great for easing our worries, showing us others had doubts about the same company and that it’s a scam. Much appreciated!

Got a text from some company called Ingenious Legal threatening me with legal action if I don't pay some debt right away. Felt really dodgy, not sure if it’s legit or a scam. Anyone else had this before?
