Total lot of con artists. They definitely chose the wrong person to mess with - I’m in Insurance and it’s obvious they’re just fishing for info. At most, some shady claims management company. Really, calling them a bunch of muppets feels more spot on.

Some bloke rang me pretending to be a doctor, asking why I missed an appointment. I had no clue what he was on about, so I told him he’d dialled the wrong number. He said sorry and then hung up.
