I answered the phone and they asked if I’d been in an accident. I said yes, that it happened just yesterday and I’m still in hospital. I mentioned a car hit me on the head, and I can’t really remember what happened. Was it the other driver’s fault? I honestly can’t say. Then they asked if they could speak to my doctor or nurse. A while back I got a call from someone trying to sell me home insurance. I told them my house is like 400 years old - basically a castle. They were wasting my time, so I figured I’d waste theirs.

Some bloke called saying I'd been in a crash, which I hadn't. I asked him nicely to take me off their list under GDPR and told him he had no right to ring me. He kept saying I'd supposedly reported an accident. I told him again about GDPR and he got more and more rude. In the end, I just hung up and blocked the number.

Most of the time, about 90%, the callers just drop off once they realise no one’s responding, like what happened with this number earlier. I’ve no idea why they won’t stop ringing me. I already gave them the full story about the crash. Apparently, the car went spinning on the motorway during heavy snow in July, right after the flying pigs dropped from the sky and messed up the road so badly I supposedly lost all my limbs and even my head! When I told them that, they just ended the call. Proper cheeky lot, honestly.

I’m so fed up with getting calls from those so-called 'Car crash' companies. I’ve explained over and over that I was involved in a proper nightmare - ran into a bus, scrambled across a busy dual carriageway, crashed into a big lorry, then ended up spinning right into a field. Don’t reckon they actually believe a word I say. What’s the point of them ringing me all the time?
