It wasn't until I had to inform her twice that we had no need for this service, having just had a survey performed a month back, that her speech accelerated and she seemed desperate to end the conversation. A few months prior, we had an encounter with another representative from this company who was shockingly impolite. Do yourself a favour and cut the call short.
