Someone calling themselves Alex rang me, but I’m pretty sure that’s not their real name. They were pushing services from the Estate Protection Group in South West London. I suspect this Alex might actually be Warren Dowson or John M Dowson, linked to the Estate Protection Group Ltd which was wound up in 2017. That’s when Mr Dawson ended up serving four years in jail for embezzling money from clients whose wills and probate he was handling. Honestly, I’d steer clear of this number and those involved, as they’re a real risk to your finances!!!
