I didn’t pick up as the number was unfamiliar. Let it ring through to voicemail but there wasn’t any message. Given that the number is linked to Twilio, I’m pretty sure it’s some sort of scam. These sorts of calls get really irritating, honestly, Twilio ought to be closed down right away.
