She kept asking when it was last checked and kept going on about it being bad for your lungs. I told her insulation's always been a bit of a lung irritant, honestly, and then suddenly she just cut me off. Apparently, Asthma and Lung UK mention that spray foam insulation might sometimes be an option to swap out what you've got, but they don’t back any particular loft insulation products. They warn that some con artists are pushing spray foam materials linked to the Grenfell Tower disaster. If you’ve got that stuff in your house, you could end up unable to get a mortgage unless you shell out to get it taken away.
