Had a call from someone pretending to be from a company offering loft insulation. They said I needed to change mine urgently or else there'd be big issues. When I asked what kind of problems, she couldn’t really say. I told them straight up it sounded like a scam and she just yelled "NO" and then cut me off. I marked this as harassing since it’s just one of several numbers that call and then hang straight up when I answer with my outgoing message saying “If you’re not on my list or don’t say your name and reason, I won’t pick up.” Also, with BT prioritising VOIP over regular landlines now, I reckon scammers are going to get even bolder :-(
