I certainly didn’t invite them to bother me, and I’m pretty sure that if we’d wanted any follow-up, we would’ve selected the "no contact" option. We’ve even signed up with the Telephone Preference Service to avoid these sorts of unwelcome interruptions. Let’s see how these folks manage to get around that!

We’ve no clue who’s been trying to get in touch. They called us a staggering eight times within just an hour! Strangely enough, not a single message was left. Honestly, it was quite infuriating!

We never actually asked them to contact us, and I'm certain we selected the "no contact" option when we filled out the quote form.
