Interestingly, I received another call yesterday from a different number but chose not to answer. Upon investigating, it turned out to be Scottish Power as well. However, they claimed to be from Scottish Power when I didn't pick up once. I've since blocked the number, informing them of my hearing difficulties and that they should liaise with my son instead.
