They've been ringing me daily since the 4th of July and left a few weird automated messages that dont really add up. Said something about ASC trying to reach me but honestly I reckon its a scam. Ive blocked the number now but watch out if you think about phoning back.

I had to deal with debt collectors from Flow Energy. The people there seem alright, but it’s nearly impossible to reach them directly. When they do call back, it’s usually after about 4 days. Quite frustrating!

Martin at Allied sorted out my debt for me, but I’m really annoyed with Flow for stopping my direct debit without telling me. I’ve dropped an email to the CEO and honestly, I’d recommend others do the same!

Chatted with a bloke today, got a letter dated 24th May that turned up just now. Everything in the letter is spot on. The fraudsters aren’t Allied Credit but Flow Energy. I switched because of rubbish service and now, 2 years later, debt collectors keep ringing. Absolutely awful. Allied Credit really ought to think twice before dealing with these muppets.

Had a chat with a bloke named Gareth earlier, said he’s with Flow. When I rang Flow myself, they said AEC are their debt collectors. After giving them a bit of a telling off, ended up settling an overdue bill. The folks at AEC were really helpful and polite, nothing like the useless muppets at Flow.

I gotta admit I was mistaken before. I’d said these guys weren’t legit, but I’ve since got letters from AIC and there’s a problem with Flow thanks to a messed up Direct Debit - honestly, Flow Energy are quite clueless, no shock they’re struggling. The automated voicemail sounds awful and really puts you off, but the people at AIC have been absolutely brilliant and fixed everything with just one phone call. Proper good customer service, really impressed.

Since January, I’ve gotten about 14 robo calls from them. When I rang back, they said I actually owed money and even sent a proper bill to prove it. If you get a call from them, I’d suggest ringing them back - seems like Flow Energy uses aggressive door collectors. Honestly, not worth getting involved with.

Been getting calls from debt collectors linked to Flow Energy! Honestly, no scam here, very legit. Gotta say, AIC staff are way more professional and actually helpful compared to Flow. Flow can’t even manage to take a simple final direct debit payment properly, it’s ridiculous!

I rang back the number and spoke with a lady named Jenna. She was really helpful and confirmed what I suspected, that my energy provider Energy Flow is quite rubbish. The debt was £62.45 and went back to 2014 - I never got a single call or bill from Energy Flow until Allied got in touch. Everything is sorted now as they’re setting up systems to send bills and verify info. Jenna was brilliant. She had a lovely accent - probably Irish, but sometimes a bit tricky to catch.

The calls come from AIC debt collection based in Glasgow, and yes they do represent Flow Energy - I checked with Flow Energy myself because I didn't want to deal with AIC before being sure. After talking to AIC, I found them quite helpful, in fact more so than Flow Energy, if I’m honest.

I got a call from some supposed debt collectors out of Glasgow saying I owe money to Flow Energy, which is total rubbish because I pay them straight through direct debit. I told them if they bother me again I’ll take legal steps. They said they’ve taken my details off their list. We’ll see what happens next.

Same as lots of others, I received a call claiming to be from Flow Energy. They asked for simple info before telling me why they were ringing. I've messaged @FlowEnergyUK on Twitter about it, asking if these calls are from them. If you're getting these too, I’d recommend contacting Flow Energy and asking what’s going on with these annoying calls.

They rang me a couple of times saying it was about Flow Energy and some unpaid gas bill. Bit strange really, as I've never been with Flow Energy and my place runs completely on electric. The person on the phone even mentioned they'd keep calling "lots of times".

got a call from this number today. the person said they were with flow energy. i used to have flow for my gas and electric. they wanted me to verify some info (all they knew was my name). i didn’t share anything. once they saw i wasn’t giving details (which i thought was weird, as if it’s really flow they should already have my info, plus why ask for confirmation over the phone when they called my listed number?), they just ended the call. definitely felt a bit dodgy.

i really think this might be a scam, the firm they said they're from dont have this number listed anywhere as their contact, so yeah, i'd say stay away from it.
