It’s astonishing how low these scoundrels can sink-truly, they’re beneath contempt. If only the justice system underwent some serious revamping, maybe folks would think twice before pulling such stunts. But as it stands, unless they’ve pocketed a staggering £30,000 in one swipe, they’ll just receive a gentle reprimand and sent on their merry way. It’s no surprise that the rest of the globe views us as a bit of a laughing stock! With all the advanced technology available today, it baffles me that telecom companies can’t collaborate with the police to put a stop to these con artists. They seem to take ages-over six months even-when meanwhile, we can remotely start our washing machines from halfway around the globe! Something doesn’t quite add up, does it?
