Got loads of missed calls from this number over the last month or so. After seeing some reviews here saying the caller claims to be from Scottish Power, I called the number back and an automated voice said it was 'Power 21 on behalf of Scottish Power'. I then contacted Scottish Power directly on 0800 027 0072, and the person I spoke with said they’d never heard of that number or Power 21. They told me they’ll report it to their manager. I'd tell others to do the same, hopefully it’ll stop soon.

The automated message said it was ‘Power 21 on behalf of Scottish Power.’ I then phoned Scottish Power on 0800 027 0072, and the person I spoke with hadn’t heard of that number or Power 21. I got a call from this number after I foolishly took part in a survey, even though I clearly told the person I didn't want any marketing calls. I used to be with Scottish Power until a few years back but left because they refused to activate the free boiler cover and then had the nerve to try charging me £150 when my boiler broke down. Plus, my direct debit kept changing loads despite being on a fixed tariff. I’ll definitely never go back to Scottish Power.
