Got a call about a "recent car crash" and was put through to a "supervisor". When I asked where they had my details from, they said it was from the Road Traffic Agency. Then when I asked when the accident supposedly happened, I told them they should already know that. They just ended the call straight away. Best to just block this number, just another cold caller.

"Capable call centre", asserting that the Road Traffic Accident division informed them of my alleged involvement in an accident. I didn’t manage to get beyond the automated messages, but if you fancy a bit of dawdling, it could be amusing to see if you can tie them up for a bit.

HANG UP STRAIGHT AWAY - got a call from someone saying they were from 'Proficient' chasing an accident claim. They acted like they knew I’d been in an accident but I definitely haven't. It sounded like a recorded message of a woman’s voice, cos no matter what I said, she just stuck to her script and ignored everything I asked or said.
