I pick up and say nothing, and they keep going all “helloooo???” I finally answered like the sixth time today around half past four and the cheeky sod had the nerve to tell me I was mistaken and they hadn’t called me once! Also, they totally denied ringing me every day for the last two weeks! I got pretty harsh in the end and he shot back with, “Yes boss, I’ll bloody do that for you!!” I’m not with Utilita and I definitely don’t want one of their smart meters! Ridiculous!
