Got a call from Together Energy, supposedly to confirm I was switching to the right tariff since my first year deal was nearly up. The bloke didn’t even ask who he was talking to or ask for any security info - I had to prompt him! Then he put me on hold for ages while his manager looked at my account, only to repeat back what I'd already told them! Not the sort of service I expected from a company I thought was pretty decent!

The company in question is Together Energy. I received a call from them a couple of days back and promptly reached out to ask to be removed from their calling list as I'm not in the slightest bit interested in what they have to offer. They assured me yesterday that they would take my details off their register. However, lo and behold, I just received yet another call from them! When I brought up their promise, the gentleman on the line informed me that they frequently buy new lists, meaning my name could reappear despite their earlier assurance. It seems I'll be on the receiving end of these tedious calls for the foreseeable future. What a thoroughly frustrating experience!

So, this company called Together Energy gave me a ring the other day. I told them straight away I wasn’t interested and asked them to stop calling. They replied saying they’d taken my number off their list, which was yesterday. But then, I just got another phone call from them! When I mentioned that they said they’d removed me before, the bloke on the phone went on about how they keep buying new lists constantly, so even if my number was taken off one list, it might still pop up on another. Proper frustrating, honestly. Such a pain in the neck.
