To top it off, they resorted to calling me derogatory names like a stuck-up individual for not complying with their demands. I received a call from a gentleman, initially thinking he was a debt collector. However, he clarified that he wasn't and proceeded to explain the concept of a trust deed and how it could assist with managing my debts and arrears.
