TOTALLY A SCAM! Got a call from Financial Empowerment, the phone rang once and they cut off before I could pick up. Definitely one of those dodgy calls. Honestly, I'm really curious how they got hold of my number. It's about time the authorities did something and put a stop to these calls!

Some bloke rang me up saying I was drowning in debt and had to clear it fast or I'd lose everything. When I asked for any evidence, he flat out refused, saying I already knew I owed it - which I definitely don’t! He was proper rude, going on and on, then ended by calling me a stuck-up cow for not coughing up. Total scam, I barely owe a penny!

Got a missed call and decided to ring back. The bloke who picked up mentioned something about finance right away, so I told him to take my number off their list. He goes, "Why's that? You don’t even know what I’m calling about." I asked for his manager and then he just put the phone down. Rang again and asked to speak to a manager, this time some lad called Desmond came on and said he'd sort it, then he hung up on me too. Just so you know, I was calling from a hidden number. Proper scammers with thick Glaswegian accents. My advice? Don’t pick up or just block the number straight away.
