I just received a missed call from this number and I've decided to take action by reporting them to their service provider, NumberGroup Network ITD, at 0800 3101010. It’s likely these are the same individuals who’ve been bothering me for quite some time now.

I rang them again, but the call got picked up by Fraud Actionline, which then told me to contact a specific number if I’ve been impacted by this call. However, I’m a bit sceptical about whether that number might be dodgy too.

I've received calls concerning a car crash that a family member was allegedly involved in. However, I'm unable to provide details like the date or the car's registration number! I've been trying to get through to this caller on my mobile, but they seem to be blocked. When I tried ringing them from another phone and asked to speak to a manager, they abruptly hung up on me. The customer service representative mentioned that the company’s name is Claims Management, and they’re located in Stoke. Fun fact: it always seems like the CSR is of ethnic descent, probably Indian, but certainly not British! Quite odd, isn't it?!

It's clearly a claims management firm. They ring you up only to suddenly cut the line, so naturally you return the call. Absolutely infuriating! - caller: Claims management
