Seems like one of those call centres farming numbers just to keep lines busy, but as soon as you answer, they hang about on their end without saying a word. I’ve blocked this number now. I don’t get why they don’t see it’s just shooting themselves in the foot. More numbers get blocked, and they just go and get a new one, only for the whole thing to repeat again and again.
