They called asking for me by a really unusual name. I did have a car accident about 5 weeks ago. The only place they could’ve got that from is my insurance company. Seriously, stop passing my info to these dodgy people. You’re supposed to be working for me, not against me!

I received a missed call from this number, so I decided to ring them back. To my surprise, a woman with a strong Scouse accent picked up. She mentioned it was concerning a car accident that I apparently was involved in. I told her I hadn’t been in any mishap at all. She replied, "Oh, my apologies! I’ll take you off our list." Quite odd, if you ask me!

Got a missed call from this number, called back and some bloke with a Liverpool accent answered even though the number showed a Glasgow code. He was going on about some car damage which wasn’t true at all so I just ended the call. Definitely a scam.

Got a call asking for either Mrs Wilson or Mr Wilson, neither of which is me. The caller had a Liverpool accent but the number had a Glasgow area code. I told him the police were already watching that number as I'd got about 4 missed calls from it in the past few days. He just repeated what I said and then asked why. I told him he’s a scammer and then just ended the call.

Just got a call a couple of mins ago from someone saying her name was Anna. There was loads of background noise so I couldn’t catch much, but she talked about some car damage (I don’t even own a car). Then she asked if I was happy with how everything was managed before cutting off. I normally don’t pick up calls from numbers like this but I was waiting for a call so thought it might be it, guess not.

Got a call from some 'accident feedback' number, asking if I’d had an accident in the past 2 and a half years - I said yes. Then they wanted me to answer a bunch of questions to 'help the client'. Spent like 5 minutes going round in circles, them asking which insurer, date, and anything to pinpoint the accident. Then they suddenly said "we can’t share that info due to data protection." Felt like a total fishing scam. The poor woman at the other end sounded properly fed up and just ended the call.

A bloke named Quy, sounded like he was from Liverpool, rang me today about some accident thing from the past 3 years. I told him I wasn’t involved in any accident, then he started asking if any of my family had. I told him his info was miles off and he was just talking nonsense. He instantly got all defensive, saying I was the one talking rubbish. I told him maybe he should find a proper job instead of hassling people like this over the phone. Then he said I sounded dumb and if I spoke like that at my work, I’d be sacked. In the end, he got so worked up he just hung up on me.
