It’s from Domestic and General. They seem legitimate but their method annoys me. They never leave a voicemail and when you do get through, you can’t ring them back. Bit strange really. So unless you’re thinking about getting extra insurance for any of your household appliances, best to ignore the call. You’ve probably already received a letter a few days before saying your appliance’s warranty is nearly up. They’re safe but persistent, especially if you don’t clearly say you’re not interested.
