I got a call on my mobile from a guy who said he was with some firm called Save Today. I told him I’d never heard of them before. He said something about answering a few questions and getting something in return, but I didn’t stick around to find out what. Ended the call and blocked the number straight away.

I got a call asking to speak to my wife about something she supposedly bought or a query from last October. Thing is, she sadly died two months before that date they mentioned, so the whole call was quite distressing. The number seemed to be from Galswegian, but the person on the line had an accent that sounded like it was from the Indian subcontinent.
