I received a rather dubious message yesterday purporting to be from my local bank, stating there was an issue with my card and urging me to click on a link that didn't even bear the bank's name. Straight to the bin it went, as no reliable bank operates in such a manner. Then, to my surprise, another message arrived today from the same number, this time with a different link boasting a plethora of scantily clad ladies - and again, it was a swift 'delete'. I've notified ATT about both incidents and also reported the first one to my bank. Honestly, when will these nuisances come to an end?

I just received a rather dodgy text message that seems like it's trying to pull a fast one on me.

What followed was a link that looked completely phoney, something about tvnetflixus-reconnect thevettenet - utter nonsense, if you ask me. Funny enough, I was actually streaming Netflix at that very moment, and there's definitely no reconnection needed!

I’ve just had a rather dubious text from this number. Once you click on the link, it directs you to what appears to be an official Bank of America login page, clearly intended for nicking your username and password. **WARNING TO OTHERS** I was approached about purchasing something on Craigslist, but the seller claimed they were located out of state and couldn’t view the item in person. Instead, they insisted on obtaining my personal details, like my name and address, to send me a cashier’s cheque for an amount exceeding the purchase price by fifty quid. They expected me to hand over the difference to the moving service they supposedly employed. Interestingly, I received a similar call from the number 141-010-0009 just a day prior.
