3 yearsToday, around 2pm on 20/2/2024, I got a call from someone claiming there were suspicious orders on my Amazon account, one for £300 and another for £1,000. They offered me two choices over the phone: press 1 to cancel the orders or press 2 to confirm them. It all felt a bit fishy to me, especially since I never buy things like that. I opted to cancel by pressing 1. Afterwards, I logged into my Amazon account and luckily, there weren’t any orders placed.
