Its one of those companies dealing with mis sold policies and endowment claims. but they'll charge you like 45% of what they get back for you. To the person saying maybe people are just trying to help, honestly, get real. Sure, some people want to help, but it ain’t free, they don’t do it just out of kindness.

EMCAS is a claims management firm, regulated by both the CMR and the Ombudsman service. I get that "annoying calls" can be a pain, but if someone tells you that you’ve been scammed out of thousands, wouldn’t you want to at least have a go at getting it back? You can’t just say "I’ve never used financial products." Everyone has bank accounts, pensions, and probably mortgages - those are financial products. Try not to be so stubborn and close-minded; sometimes folks genuinely want to HELP you.
