I've received calls from this strange number a couple of times today. I didn’t bother answering, and as soon as the answering machine kicked in, they just ended the call. Even though I’m ex-directory and have my phone set up with a protection scheme, these kinds of calls keep coming through.

Got a call from a bloke saying he was with BT, but when I told him I’m not a customer, he just told me to f*** off. Then he phoned back after about 5 mins, so I played along, acted all chuffed that they were so concerned about fixing my PC. Had nothing better to do, so I let him go on for nearly 40 mins while I faked doing what he asked to get into my system. Eventually he worked out I was messing about and what he said next was so rude I can't even repeat it here. Proper nasty bloke.

Been getting calls from this number several times a day, sometimes up to five! It's getting ridiculous. I’ve told BT about it, but they’re still ringing through. Thinking I might just pick up and blast a whistle to scare them off.

This number kept ringing me non stop, like six times every hour! I got two calls from an Indian lady and four from an Indian bloke, all claiming they were from TalkTalk. Told them I wasn’t giving any info away and that my number’s meant to be blocked with BT. I’m definitely reporting this to Action Fraud. Such a pain!

Got a phone call today from someone claiming to be BT about my internet. It was a lady with a strong Indian accent. She kept asking me to get onto my computer but I said no. She sounded annoyed when I hung up.

So this number just rang me, and honestly, I only pick up if I know who's calling. But weirdly, this is the third mystery number that's buzzed me in the last half hour or so. Definitely a bit odd.

Someone just rang me but didn’t say a word. After a while, all I got was a recorded voice saying “Goodbye”!

Today my landline rang and someone said they were with Talk Talk, saying there was an issue with my broadband. I’ve gone ahead and told Talk Talk about this just to be safe.

Got a call from someone with an overseas accent saying they were from BT, even though we don’t actually use BT. They told me there was an issue with our internet or computer and it would fail in a couple hours if we didn’t fix it. I told them not to ring this number again and they just hung up. A few mins later, same number called again but nobody answered, just dead silence. I ended up reporting it to Action Fraud.

This bloke with an Indian accent called me claiming he was from Talk Talk. He asked about the blinking lights on my router and warned that my internet could be cut off for a fortnight if I didn’t follow his instructions. Completely dodgy if you ask me.

In just a couple of days, I've been bombarded with more than a dozen calls, and on three separate occasions, I've actually answered. They claimed to be from BT, which is strange since I don't even use their services. I tried to be courteous, requesting that they refrain from calling me again, but lo and behold, they’ve rung me another five times since then. I've also received a call from 001720350482, and there was one with a withheld number that I can only guess was from the same lot. Absolutely relentless!

I had a rather odd phone call earlier from a lady with a foreign accent claiming to be from BT. She proceeded to chat about my broadband, but I quickly realised I don't even have an account with them! I hung up promptly. Definitely seems a bit dodgy to me.

Some woman with an Indian accent said she was from the Internet tech support. When I questioned her, she told me she’d cut off my internet for 20 days if I didn’t cooperate. Really dodgy!

Got a call from an Asian lady claiming to be from BT, saying there was some issue with our internet. She wanted to talk to whoever the internet account was under. My missus answered and told her that person wasn’t around, then just ended the call with a quick goodbye.

Received a call claiming to be from my internet provider, TalkTalk, saying there was an issue with my router and that my internet would be cut off for 15 days unless I turned my computer on. The caller, who had an Indian accent, said he’d help me fix it step by step. I kept saying no but he kept stressing that I'd lose my internet. I told him it sounded like a scam and ended the call. I made sure to report it to TalkTalk afterwards.

Today my phone kept ringing every few minutes, like from 10 in the morning till about 3 in the afternoon, nonstop for hours. I didn’t pick up as I didn’t recognise any of the numbers, but I looked them up here. Neither 001720350482 nor 02031290910 showed as legit and they both seem to be Talk Talk scammers. I’ve already reported them to Talk Talk, the TPS, and the ICO because it’s clearly some kind of nuisance call.

My computer claimed it was infected with a virus, but I thought he was chatting nonsense. When I challenged him, he told me to shove off and then insulted my mother. Honestly, I've had it up to here. I've reached out to BT for some assistance.

Got a call earlier today from someone with an Indian accent saying they were calling from BT about my broadband. On the first call, when I told them I don't actually have broadband through BT, they just cut off. The next two times, I simply ended the calls straight away. Pretty annoying!
