If someone picks up and starts off with "Hello, how are you?" you can pretty much bet your bottom dollar it's a scam call. The chap had a foreign accent and the rest of his rambling was just a blur-couldn't make heads or tails of it. This marks the second time in just a few days I've received a call from a number up in Scotland.
